Mina De Santis
For more than 20 years, Mina De Santis has been an active participant in the fitness industry. Her initial interest in the field was sparked by her own personal fitness goals. She continues to train & educate herself to help people maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle. Over the years she has provided personal training and has taught classes in Step, Aerobics, Hi-Low, Spinning, Sculpting, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Youth classes, Group power, Holistic Health, Boot Camp, and Gravity classes. She received her certifications from varies companies including: AAAI/ISMA, AffA, Neta, Thomas The Promise, JohnnyG, Efi Gravity Training, and the BTS company.

Mina is currently an ECA member and is CPR/First Aid certified. She is happy to give back to the community by building exercise programs that meet people’s needs and help them achieve their goals.

Mellanie Landano

As a National Spokesperson for Bally Total Fitness Corporation, Melanie was featured on a number of national television commercials with her sister Gina, who she helped to loose over 100lbs too! As a result of her education and experience, Melanie has become a National Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Spinning Instructor where she comes in contact with hundreds of clients each week, and challenging them to work hard and get the results they want.

Her on-air experience includes segments that share her story of loosing over 100lbs with her own diet and exercise plan on ABC’s The View, The Wayne Brady Show, E! Issaac Mizrahi, and Fox Good Day NY.

Recent projects include “Fox 5 Good Day NY-Exercising With Your Dog”, and “All for Animals-Exercising with your Dog”-featured on 1010Wins.com.  Melanie is also featured nationally on the Bally Total Fitness Website as a major weight loss success story.

Marisa’s professional background includes many years of classical and modern dance, and choreography as well as teaching a variety of fitness classes. She incorporates functional training techniques in her fitness classes and is a devoted Real Rider Spin instructor.  She expresses her passion for fitness by inspiring others to pursue a healthy lifestyle and to enjoy reaching their fitness goals by being consistent and varying their workouts.

 

Bob Muggeo

B NASM, OPT (Optimal Performance Trainer)

Bob has managed and coached at levels ranging from AAU baseball leagues through college level summer leagues.  As a player/manager for the Bergen Cardinals his teams have won 9 Met League Championships. He is currently the Assistant Varsity and Pitching Coach at perennial powerhouse St. Joseph Regional High School in Montvale.   Bob Specialized in sports performance training.
